As a Site Supply Chain Manager for our Precious Metals business, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

The role:

  • Lead site planning, production control and materials management to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations.
  • Own short-term Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) plans, ensuring site readiness to meet customer and business demand.
  • Drive inventory optimisation, working capital improvement and on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, customer services and supply chain teams to deliver joined-up plans.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong experience in supply chain planning, materials control and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop teams, creating a positive and inclusive working culture.
