As an EHS Advisor, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.**The role:*** Provide practical EHS advice, coaching and support to operational teams, helping ensure safe and compliant working practices.* Support the delivery of the site EHS plan and continuous improvement programmes focused on reducing risk and improving performance.* Lead or support incident investigations, audits, inspections and behavioral safety activities.* Assist with emergency planning arrangements and support COMAH compliance requirements across the site.* Develop and promote Safe Systems of Work, including permit-to-work and high-risk activity controls.* Deliver EHS training and collaborate with leaders, contractors and employees to strengthen safety culture.**Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:*** NEBOSH Certificate with progress towards a Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.* Experience in an industrial, engineering or process-manufacturing environment.* Working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, COMAH, COSHH and environmental permitting requirements.* Qualified auditor with experience supporting management system compliance and continual improvement.* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.* Ability to build effective working relationships and influence positive EHS behaviours at all levels.*Even if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!***What we offer:**We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
