Matthews (Sussex) Ltd is looking for an experienced HGV mechanic to join our team in Crawley looking after a fleet of 25 HGV's consisting mainly of, but not only, 4 axle tipper trucks along with numerous cars and vans.

Your role will be to ensure the trucks remain road legal and compliant at all times. This involves preparing the vehicles for MOT's, conducting PMI's, carrying out any and all repairs necessary, attending roadside breakdowns and keeping paperwork up to date.

You MUST have experience on HGV vehicles, preferably 4 axle tipper trucks, and you must be able to work well in a team.

  • IRTEC qualification preferred but not necessary.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
