The Supvr – Client Coordination supervises a team of Client Coordinators. This role ensures projects remain on schedule and on budget and adjusts schedules and resourcing as needed. The Supvr – Client Coordination resolves the most complex project coordination problems by identifying innovative solutions. This position maintains client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high quality services and solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the second-level contact on current projects for client and Client Growth teams and ensures timely responses.
Attends client meetings as needed; serves as a Subject Matter Expert regarding project processes, capacity, timelines, etc. and ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.
Leads the adaption of processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc. and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and maintained.
Works with the client, Client Growth, and project teams to resolve identified project process issues.
Assists with the translation of client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams.
Conducts audits of project details and supporting evidence to ensure accurate and timely invoices are generated.
Assists with the escalation of new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines as needed.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
Advanced degree (MBA, Master\’s) preferred
6+ years of previous Coordination or Marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
