The Salisbury Hotel in Salisbury SA is seeking a full-time Duty Manager with strong gaming experience to lead our gaming operations and support the wider venue team. You will supervise the gaming room and attendants, ensure compliance with SA gaming and liquor regulations, handle cash and payouts, and assist across bar, bistro, and floor operations.
Availability to work nights and weekends is required. RSA and gaming certificates are required; RP badge or willingness to obtain is preferred.
