Join the team at Matthew Sinclair Health & Fitness Professionals. We’re looking for an experienced and grounded sales professional to join our fast-growing health optimisation company. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in consultative, high-trust sales - particularly in health and fitness. You need to have a good understanding of health and nutrition to succeed at this role.
Important: This role is not for the flashy, script-reading, “high-ticket closer” type. We’re looking for someone with maturity, real emotional intelligence, and genuine belief in helping others improve their lives.
About Us: We specialise in helping high-performing men over 30 lose body fat, build lean muscle, and optimise their health - using a data-driven, bloodwork-first approach. We’ve helped over 830 clients get into the best shape of their lives while improving key markers like testosterone, thyroid function, and inflammation. The people we work with are busy professionals who care about performance in the gym, at work, and at home. We don’t sell “fad diets” or generic plans. Everything we do is backed by science, personalised to the individual, and designed to work for life.
Why Work With Us:
- Warm, highly qualified leads
- Deal size: £2.3k–£3.5k
- 10% commission (sliding scale bonuses based on performance)
- Flexible schedule (initially evening part-time with potential to build into a full-time role)
The Role: As a Sales Representative, you’ll speak with inbound leads who have applied to work with us after watching a video about our Blood Optimisation System. These are qualified leads looking for expert guidance, not cold DMs or uninterested browsers. You’ll help them understand whether our programme is a fit, walk them through how we work, and close the sale where appropriate.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take scheduled calls (set by our marketing & appointment team)
- Track and update CRM with accurate lead and call notes
- Follow up with interested leads to support their decision-making
- Conduct ethical, honest sales conversations
- Attend team meetings and report KPIs at the end of each day
- Be proactive in improving your craft - seek feedback, learn, and grow
If you have invested into sales training this will be an advantage and demonstrate this.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of consultative sales experience (ideally in health/wellness/fitness)
- Demonstrated ability to close £1.5k+ packages
- Call recordings of previous sales conversations
- First language is English
- Calm, confident communication style
- High personal integrity
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Interested in health, human performance, and helping others
To Apply: Please send the following to team@matthewsinclair-healthfitness.com:
- A short Loom video introducing yourself (2-5 mins is fine)
- 1–2 call recordings of previous sales conversations (if you have them)
- Your CV
We’re excited to hear from you. If you value genuine connection, want to sell something you believe in, and are ready to be part of a growing company - we’d love to chat.
