We’re Hiring: A Coach Who Can Actually Coach.
Not just deliver macros and workouts. But someone who can truly mentor clients, help them take ownership of their health, and guide them to world-class results.
At Matthew Sinclair Health & Fitness , we run an online health coaching program, helping men around the world get leaner, stronger, and healthier through evidence-based training, nutrition, and personalised support.
As part of our commitment to real, measurable results, we also encourage clients to complete blood testing; allowing us to identify underlying issues such as low testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, or vitamin and mineral deficiencies, so we can tailor their support even more effectively.
We’re now looking for an ambitious and highly skilled dietitian or nutritionist who also understands training principles, can build rapport with clients, and is confident in delivering results.
This role is remote and flexible. You’ll start with 1–2 clients and scale as you demonstrate competence and capacity.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for your clients via WhatsApp and weekly Zoom check-ins.
- Review client food logs, progress check-ins, and feedback forms weekly, making adjustments to keep them progressing.
- Design and manage training programs in PT Distinction (we’ll show you how if you’re not familiar).
- Attend client onboarding calls to help them understand their roadmap and feel supported from day one.
- Confidently coach through obstacles — motivation dips, plateaus, social events, etc.
- Run short weekly calls for our client community, covering useful nutrition or fitness insights.
- Keep internal notes and client data up to date in our systems.
- (When applicable) Review blood test results and use them to guide nutrition or supplement recommendations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- BSc in Dietetics strongly preferred. Open to a qualified, experienced Nutritionist with a strong track record.
- REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer or similar.
- Previous 1:1 coaching experience (online or in person) required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely supportive personality.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sheets, etc.
- Must be fluent in English and confident on video.
- Sales experience also beneficial. You are responsible for fostering a long term relationship with your client and thus building our long term client base.
Perks of the Role:
- Fully remote and flexible, work from anywhere, on your terms.
- No need to market yourself, we send the clients to you .
- Supportive team environment and regular training provided.
- High-income potential: Start part-time, grow to 30–60 clients if desired.
- Make a real difference to people’s lives, not just hand out PDFs.
