We’re looking for someone mature, grounded, and genuinely experienced in consultative sales. We work with men, often in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, many of whom are business owners, executives, and high-performing professionals. They don’t want hype, pressure, or scripts. They want a calm, intelligent conversation with someone who can understand their health, goals, frustrations, and whether our program is genuinely the right fit.
About Us: We help men over 30 lose body fat, build lean muscle, and improve their health using a data-driven, bloodwork-informed coaching approach. Our coaching combines nutrition, training, lifestyle, supplementation, accountability, and health marker optimisation. We’ve helped over 830 clients improve their body composition, energy, confidence, and key health markers. This is not generic online fitness coaching. Because of the nature of what we do, you must have a genuine interest in health, nutrition, fitness, and human performance. A medical, clinical, nutrition, physiotherapy, personal training, or health-related background would be a strong advantage. However, health knowledge alone is not enough. You must also have real consultative sales experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who can have a normal, intelligent, human conversation.
- Someone who listens well, asks good questions, builds trust, and understands that good sales is about diagnosis, clarity, and helping the right person make the right decision.
- You should have experience selling higher-value services, ideally in health, wellness, coaching, consulting, medical, private healthcare, fitness, or another trust-based environment.
- You must be comfortable discussing investment, handling objections professionally, and guiding a prospect through a decision without pressure or manipulation.
This Role Is Not For You If:
- You rely heavily on scripts.
- You use aggressive objection-handling tactics.
- You have only completed an online closing course and have little real-world experience.
- You are uncomfortable speaking with mature, successful professionals.
- You do not have a genuine interest in health, fitness, or performance.
The Role: You will speak with warm inbound leads who have applied to work with us after watching a video about our Blood Optimisation System. No cold calling. No cold DMs. No chasing uninterested prospects. Your role is to understand their goals, current situation, health challenges, previous attempts, and whether our programme is the right fit. Where appropriate, you’ll explain how we work and help them make a confident decision about joining.
Responsibilities:
- Take scheduled calls with qualified inbound leads.
- Run calm, ethical, consultative sales conversations.
- Understand each prospect’s health, fitness, lifestyle, and motivation.
- Explain our coaching process clearly.
- Close suitable prospects into the programme.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Keep accurate CRM notes.
- Report key numbers and outcomes.
- Attend team meetings and be open to feedback.
- Improve your sales skill and product knowledge.
What We Offer:
- Warm inbound leads.
- Established health coaching company.
- Strong offer with real client results.
- 10% commission, with performance-based progression.
- Flexible part-time hours to begin with, primarily evenings.
- Potential to grow into a larger role.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience.
- Experience selling higher-value services, ideally £1,500+.
- Strong spoken English.
- Calm, clear, confident communication.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Strong personal integrity.
- Genuine interest in health, nutrition, fitness, performance, or preventative health.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, professionals, and men over 40.
Strong Advantage If You Have:
- A medical, clinical, nutrition, physiotherapy, personal training, or health-related background.
- Experience in private healthcare, wellness, health coaching, fitness coaching, medical sales, or performance coaching.
- Previous call recordings.
- Previous sales training backed by real-world experience.
How To Apply: Please email team@matthewsinclair-healthfitness.com with:
- A short Loom video introducing yourself. Please cover:
- Your sales background.
- Your health, fitness, medical, or performance-related experience.
- The type of clients you’ve sold to before.
- Why you think you’re a strong fit.
- Your CV.
- One or two previous sales call recordings, if available.
Applications without a Loom video will not be considered. We’re looking for someone who values trust, professionalism, and genuine client outcomes. If you have real consultative sales experience, a strong interest in health, and want to represent a company that genuinely changes people’s lives, we’d be interested in hearing from you.
