Are you an experienced Tax professional looking to join a growing and well-established accountancy practice? Working closely with senior leadership, you'll build strong client relationships, oversee a mix of compliance and advisory work, and help develop junior members of the team. The firm offers a modern, collaborative environment with genuine opportunities for progression and flexible hybrid working.
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
- Providing tax planning and advisory support alongside compliance services.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Reviewing work and mentoring junior members of the tax team.
- Supporting the Partners with more complex tax matters and contributing to the growth of the department.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Previous experience managing a mixed tax portfolio within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring or supporting junior team members.
