As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Reviewing structural designs, calculations and technical documentation
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers while providing technical leadership
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Extensive structural engineering experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong technical knowledge across steel, timber, masonry and concrete structures
- Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
