We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading consultancy within the residential construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to join a growing business with genuine progression opportunities.
Working closely with senior leadership and major residential developers, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting commercial performance and helping deliver successful projects. The role would suit someone from a construction, housebuilding, engineering consultancy or similar background who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and making a real impact within a business.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Reviewing project performance and commercial viability
- Supporting pricing reviews and commercial discussions
- Identifying risks and opportunities across ongoing projects
- Working closely with technical and operational teams
- Monitoring future workload and project pipelines
- Providing commercial insight and support to company directors
