Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role. As a Sales Negotiator you will be:
- Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area
- Register applicants and take details, matching them to relevant properties
- Generate and book property valuations
- Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors
- Data collection and input strategy information to build market knowledge
- Liaise between all parties until completion of a property
You will have the following skills / experience:
- Ideally experience in a sales or customer service based job
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
