As a Crypto Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Own and grow relationships with your own portfolio of crypto clients, becoming their trusted go-to
- Turn complex crypto activity into clear, valuable insights that clients actually understand and act on
- Dive deep into on-chain data across wallets, exchanges, and multiple blockchains to uncover the full story
- Leverage cutting-edge tools and technology to track, analyse, and bring crypto data to life
- Stay ahead of the fast-moving crypto space, spotting risks and opportunities before anyone else
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex crypto data
- Deep interest in Web3 and crypto, ideally with hands-on experience across multiple market cycles
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, digital assets, and on-chain activity (DeFi, self-custody, multi-chain)
- Comfortable using crypto tools such as block explorers and analytics platforms to investigate and track transactions
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex concepts for clients while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
