Trainee Property Manager

Property Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established and award-winning lettings agency based in Clifton, Bristol, for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their energetic and high-performing team. What\’s in it for you? * Vibrant company culture * Uncapped commission * Training and development resources * Funding available for property exams / qualifications * Parking arrangements available * Use of company cars * Exclusive discounts through reward scheme As a Property Manager you will be: * Managing a portfolio of residential properties * Coordinating maintenance with contractors * Conducting regular property inspections and producing reports * Overseeing tenancy check-ins and check-outs, including deposit handling * Organising safety checks and ensuring full compliance with legislation * Building strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants You will have the following skills/experience: * Transferable skills or similar * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confident dealing with the public face to face or over the phone * Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Genuine interest in property Package: £27,000 – £30,000 (uncapped pooled commission) Monday – Friday
