An established engineering company based in the Dudley area are seeking a new Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company renowned for its innovative approach. Responsibilities: This role offers an exciting career path with prospects for personal and professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Installation and commissioning on customers’ sites of equipment, systems, and projects. * Service and repair of equipment, both on-site and in the factory, including fault diagnostics and preventative maintenance suggestions. * Conducting customer training sessions on the use and maintenance of equipment, as well as operator training on the full range of thermal spray equipment. * Demonstrating equipment and sample preparation, including determining customer requirements and finding the best solution. * Providing technical support and information to customers via phone, email, or remote video methods, troubleshooting effectively. Candidate Profile: * Electrical experience needed, including fault finding and 3 phase * Experience of reading and interpreting electrical drawings/schematics * Familiarity with large facility installations * Mechanical fault-finding skills * Computer literate, with the ability to log work and complete service report logs * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Intermittent UK/Overseas travel may be required for planned installations, with the rest of the time based on-site at Dudley
