As a Lettings Valuer, you will be at the heart of the business, using your expertise to win new instructions, drive market share, and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
As a Lettings Valuer you will be responsible for:
- Increasing new business levels and market share
- Driving the lettings department and producing results
- Generating and carrying out valuations
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Showing leadership skills when needed
You will have the following skills / experience:
- Previous experience in the lettings industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and win business
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach
- Proven track record of generating and winning business

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 OTE: £50,000 Monday - Friday (1 in 4 Saturdays)
