About this role Permanent Contract. Required September 2026. Matthew Moss High School is looking to appoint a Behaviour Intervention Coach to join our outstanding Pastoral team. To support learners with challenging needs, guiding and managing their behaviour. The role requires responding to challenging behaviour and providing specialist support in school to individual learners and small groups. Dealing with incidents but also mentoring learners and coaching them to prevent future incidents. Working alongside a wide range of staff within the school.

The successful candidate will exhibit the CHANGE components inline with the school values and ethos, will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to relate professionally and confidently to learners and staff and be willing to contribute to the Schools work in supporting children with Special Educational Needs. Hours of employment are 8am to 3.45pm (including 30 minutes for lunch) term time only.
