Matthew Moss High School is looking to appoint a Behaviour Intervention Coach to join our outstanding Pastoral team. The role requires supporting learners with challenging needs, guiding and managing their behaviour. This includes responding to challenging behaviour and providing specialist support in school to individual learners and small groups, dealing with incidents, mentoring learners, and coaching them to prevent future incidents. The successful candidate will exhibit the CHANGE components in line with the school values and ethos, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to relate professionally and confidently to learners and staff, and be willing to contribute to the school's work in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

Hours of employment are 8am to 3.45pm (including 30 minutes for lunch) term time only.
