We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Account Manager to join a growing business based in Shirebrook. This is a varied position combining account management, telesales, business development, and marketing activity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships while also proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and marketing activity. This role would suit someone confident on the phone, commercially minded, and capable of building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Upsell additional services/products into current client base
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective businesses
- Generate leads and new business opportunities
- Carry out cold email campaigns to prospective clients
- Support marketing activity across email and social platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
- Work closely with management to support business growth
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within account management, sales, telesales, or business development
- Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
- Comfortable carrying out cold outreach and lead generation
- Strong organisational and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Good IT skills including email and CRM systems
- Experience with marketing or email campaigns would be advantageous
