I’m currently working with a well-established, independent automotive business that specialises in mobile servicing and repairs for light commercial fleet vehicles. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join their friendly service team based in Kingswood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys coordinating workflows, solving problems, and supporting technicians. The role is primarily office-based and non-customer-facing, with communication handled via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a central link between customers, technicians, and the service team
- Monitor and coordinate all work in progress to ensure smooth service delivery
- Organise and prioritise daily workloads and technician schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs, servicing, and authorisations
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Source and order parts, liaising with suppliers for best pricing and availability
- Provide operational and technical support to technicians when required
- Working knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle servicing/repairs, or diagnostics
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and administrative abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and within a team
- A proactive problem-solver with a practical mindset
- Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekend work
- 23 days annual leave, rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays
