Approximately 07:00–17:00 Full-Time | Employed or Self-Employed Opportunities Job Description We are currently recruiting for 5 experienced Multi-Drop Van Drivers to join a busy and well-established parcel delivery operation based in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking drivers looking for consistent work within a structured delivery operation. Both employed and self-employed opportunities are available, offering flexibility depending on your preferred working arrangement. Drivers will be responsible for completing approximately 60–90 deliveries per day, depending on the allocated route and delivery area. Key Responsibilities * Complete approximately 60–90 parcel deliveries per day across an allocated route. * Load and organise parcels efficiently before leaving the depot. * Plan and follow delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. * Deliver parcels safely and professionally to residential and commercial customers. * Use handheld scanning devices to record deliveries and obtain proof of delivery. * Ensure parcels are handled carefully and delivered in good condition. * Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the working day. * Carry out basic daily vehicle safety checks. * Communicate effectively with depot staff regarding deliveries, delays or issues. * Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements * Full UK driving licence. * Previous multi-drop delivery or van driving experience is highly desirable. * Confident completing multiple deliveries within a busy working day. * Good geographical awareness and route-planning skills. * Comfortable using handheld scanners or delivery applications. * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. * Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. * Good communication and customer service skills. * A professional and positive attitude. Working Hours & Pay Working Hours: * Typical working day: 07:00–17:00 (approximately). * Full-time opportunities available. * Routes and finishing times may vary depending on delivery volumes.
