We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy Legal 500 recognised team as a Junior Partner, based at our Kettering office. You will have several years’ experience of handling your own caseload, supported by the four Partners and other members of the team. You would be supervising and mentoring our more junior team members, to help develop their skills and expertise. You will be confident in participating in business development activities and be ambitious to grow not only your own role but the team and firm as a whole. This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career.
Scope of work: You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property matters from leases to development sites and agricultural land and everything in between. Like variety? You’ll love it here!
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years relevant experience in commercial property, working at Senior Associate/Junior Partner level.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the team.
- An appetite for business development.
- A strong team ethic, a desire to make a difference and a passion for working with a smile are essential!
