We’re looking for an experienced Paint Technician / Smart Repair Technician to join a growing and friendly team, with an immediate start available. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes and enjoys working with a variety of vehicles, including cars and vans. You’ll be trusted to deliver repairs to a high standard while representing the business professionally with customers and clients.
The Role
- Repair and paint damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
- Carry out filler work, bumper repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment and interior repairs
- Ensure all work meets customer and company quality expectations
- Liaise professionally with customers, clients and colleagues
- Complete job paperwork and invoices accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your van and equipment
- Take care of all tools, clothing and equipment provided
About You
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Paint Technician or Smart Repair Technician
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
