We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Hot Tub Engineer to join a growing and reputable business specialising in the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of hot tubs, swim spas and associated leisure products. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer with strong fault‑finding skills who enjoys working independently and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of hot tubs and swim spas.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults.
- Testing pumps, heaters, control systems, circulation systems and filtration equipment.
- Water testing and chemical balancing where required.
- Completing breakdown repairs and emergency call‑outs.
- Providing customers with operational guidance and product demonstrations.
- Maintaining accurate service records and job reports.
- Managing van stock and ensuring tools and equipment are maintained.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures whilst working on customer sites.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience working on hot tubs, swimming pools, spas or similar leisure equipment preferred.
- Electrical fault‑finding experience highly desirable.
- Plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
Desirable Qualifications
- Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or similar).
- Plumbing qualifications.
- Pool Plant Operator qualification.
- Water Hygiene or Legionella awareness training.
