The Role
As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to commercial and residential customers across your designated route. Your duties will include:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries across the local and regional area.
- Loading and unloading your vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and reporting any defects.
- Planning and managing your delivery route to maximise efficiency.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Obtaining proof of delivery using handheld devices.
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
- Complying with all road transport legislation, health.
