Salesforce Administrator | Salesforce | CRM | Sales Cloud | Gloucester | £32,000
A Salesforce Administrator is required to join a successful Engineering business at an exciting time to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and support of its Salesforce platform.
This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting approximately 100 users and bringing first-line Salesforce capability in-house. You will deal with user queries, make configuration changes, maintain workflows and ensure the platform continues to meet the needs of the wider business.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day Salesforce administration and first-line user support
- Managing users, permissions, profiles and access
- Making field, configuration and workflow changes
- Building and maintaining Salesforce Flow automation, validation rules and approval processes
- Maintaining reports, dashboards and list views
- Supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Investigating and resolving Salesforce issues
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement appropriate changes
- Liaising with external Salesforce specialists where larger or more complex development is required
- Maintaining system documentation and supporting users with training and guidance
The ideal Salesforce Administrator will have:
- Previous hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong Salesforce experience. This is essential
- Experience making configuration changes and providing user support
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience xgikmsk with workflows / Salesforce Flow
- Confidence dealing directly with users and non-technical stakeholders
- A practical, self-sufficient approach to problem solving
- Marketing Cloud experience would be beneficial
- Salesforce Administrator certification would be advantageous
- Previous Sage / Sage 200 integration experience would also be useful
