Senior Insight Analyst Hybrid (West Midlands) Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 A Senior Insight Analyst is required for a great Engineering business with a large product range. The Senior Insight Analyst will be turning data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work across the business from warehouse to E-Commerce helping teams make smarter decisions and uncovering opportunities that aren’t immediately obvious. What you’ll do as a Senior Insight Analyst * Analyse large datasets and translate findings into simple, actionable insights. * Partner with stakeholders across the business, helping them make data-driven decisions. * Support FP&A with reporting, planning, and performance analysis. * Build dashboards, visualisations, and automated analyses to make data easy to use. Key Skills & Experience of the Senior Insight Analyst * Strong SQL and Excel skills. * Experience with Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with Python (pandas, numpy) a plus. * Distribution / wholesale / large product range experience * Experience in E-Commerce * Experience with an ERP system along with Salesforce and Google Analytics a bonus. * Comfortable working across multiple departments, translating complex data for non-technical users.
