The PLC Programmer will be working within a multi-disciplined team focused on programming PLCs. PLC Programmer Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to obtain a FDS
- Ensuring that solutions meet customer expectations
- Programming PLCs, mostly Siemens
The ideal PLC Programmer will have:
- Previous experience designing and programming PLC software
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi
- An electrical/relevant engineering discipline (HND/HNC +)
- Communication protocol experience eg: Profibus, Ethernet etc.
- Higher level language experience with Windows a benefit.
