A specialist engineering provider is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain gas monitoring and control systems across commercial and industrial sites. This is a mobile role covering locations throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, servicing and maintenance of leak detection and monitoring systems.
  • Fault finding, testing and commissioning of equipment, including alarms and communications.
  • Control panel wiring, on-site modifications and technical troubleshooting.
  • Planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Providing basic system training to customers on-site.

Candidate Requirements

  • Field-based engineering experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • CSCS card.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT skills and clear communication.

Desirables

  • 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Experience in monitoring systems.
