About the role
The job holder will ensure the smooth management of the warehouse operation, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
Direct responsibility for the warehouse teams with a support and deputy role for transport, CI and compliance and the General manager as required.
About you
- Experience in a management role within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or logistics
- Multifunctional management experience in a split shift environment
- Experienced in managing, developing, and inspiring small and large teams
- Experienced in high volume output to tight specifications
- Financial management experience, including P&L & budgets
- Experienced in managing Conduct and Capability issues
