About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy and friendly warehouse team. This is a key support role, helping to keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly through accurate administration and close collaboration with operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the warehouse operation
  • Accurately updating systems, reports and paperwork
  • Processing delivery notes, stock movements and general documentation
  • Liaising with warehouse colleagues, drivers and transport teams
  • Supporting shift managers with day to day admin tasks
  • Maintaining records in line with company procedures and health & safety requirements

About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (warehouse or logistics experience desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, operational environment
  • A positive, reliable and team focused approach
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to get involved
