About the role
The job holder will help facilitate and manage the depot continuous improvement, stock integrity and admin, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements. Direct leadership of the depot continuous improvement, stock integrity and admin teams with a support and deputy role for the CI & Admin Manager as required.

- Experience in an Admin Team Leader role within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or logistics
- Experienced in managing, developing, and inspiring small and large teams
- Team Leader experience of inventory management in a fast moving and changing environment such as FMCG or logistics
- Team Leader experience of change and continuous improvement
