Learning Coordinator

This role will require hybrid working - 2 days onsite in our London Office.

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering a great learning experience? We're looking for a Learning Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our Talent Development programmes, ensuring learning activities are well organised, effectively communicated, and accurately managed from start to finish.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting learning and development across the business, working with a wide range of stakeholders while helping colleagues access engaging and impactful learning experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the logistics of learning programmes, workshops, virtual sessions and accredited training.
• Manage learning calendars, scheduling, venue bookings and facilitator coordination.
• Prepare learning materials and support the organisation of development activities.
• Ensure learners receive timely and accurate communications.
• Provide day-to-day administration of the Learning Experience Platform (LXP/LMS).
• Manage learner records, user access and learning content.
• Publish and maintain learning campaigns and platform content.
• Provide first-line support for learner and facilitator queries.
• Coordinate learner registrations, assessments, exams and certification tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of qualifications and learner progression.
• Work closely with external training providers and accrediting bodies.
• Supporting internal and external (customer) learning.
• Support compliance, reporting and quality assurance activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for learners, managers, facilitators and external partners.
• Communicate joining instructions, course updates and learning resources.
• Collect and monitor learner feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Commercial teams and external providers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track participation, completions, attendance and learner feedback.
• Produce regular reports and maintain accurate learning data.
• Support continuous improvement of learning processes and ways of working.
• Assist with learning-related finance administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a Learning Coordinator, Learning Administrator, L&D Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across different teams.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Experience producing reports and working with learning or people data.
• Drinks category knowledge, particularly wine, would be advantageous.
