Sales Account Executive (Telesales Executive)

Glasgow Office, 16 Lawmoor Road, Glasgow, G5 0UL

  • Job type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Salary: £27,626.30 per annum plus on-target earnings (up to £400 commission per month)

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join us here on a permanent, full time basis with fixed Monday – Friday shifts. The successful applicant will join a team making sales calls to our existing customers and selling our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from our existing customers
  • Maintain all relevant administration to a high standard
  • Processing orders, ensuring order accuracy
  • Discussing orders and other products and services with our customers

About you

You’ll have a track record of meeting targets in a KPI driven sales environment, or the right attitude to commit to this! If you have experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality or café/restaurant service then this could be a good fit for you. We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication, influencing and listening skills
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
