Salary: £25,880.40 + up to £400 commission + OTE

About the Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to lead outbound sales, prospecting leads from the Matthew Algie website and social channels, and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Generate a database of potential sales leads in the UK through proactive calls and emails.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospect customers and promote the products and services of Matthew Algie.
- Handle inbound prospect calls and ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.
- Generate interest and secure appointments over the phone.
- Capture data, plan and diary follow-ups.
- Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Provide input to Sales Management on strategies to develop additional business and generate more leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage welcome calls to set customer expectations through the onboarding journey and aftercare.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and call frequency.
- Conduct upselling calls to the existing customer base on a scheduled basis.
- Administer order processing as required, including initial orders.
- Provide input to Management on product and sales strategy.
About You
To be considered you must have relevant experience in a similar role such as telesales, telemarketing or prospecting business leads. You should be a confident administrator with a track record of meeting targets in a KPI-driven sales environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Standard Grade / GCSE or equivalent.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Multi-tasking and persuasive negotiation skills.
