The Role: The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for driving growth across key customer channels by developing and delivering impactful, insight-led marketing strategies. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, ensuring our customers are equipped with the tools, insights and activations needed to grow their coffee offer and maximise commercial performance. You will lead marketing across Coffee to Go, Workplace, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and Distribution, creating tailored channel strategies that enhance customer experience, strengthen partnerships, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer & Channel Strategy
- Develop and deliver annual customer marketing plans across key channels
- Build clear channel strategies that differentiate our offer
- Align marketing activity with commercial priorities
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitors
- Translate insight into actionable strategies
- Use data to refine activity and improve ROI
- Develop and execute customer campaigns and promotions
- Create POS, toolkits and activation ideas
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Equip sales teams with marketing tools
- Support tenders and customer meetings
- Identify growth opportunities with account managers
- Build strong customer relationships
