An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for the role of Divisional Sales Manager with Matthew Algie on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a field-based role in the South of England and Wales.

The role of the Divisional Sales Manager is to lead a team of Coffee Sales Managers to deliver sustainable sales growth, protect and enhance profitability, secure new business opportunities, and maximise customer retention across the division.

The role is responsible for driving divisional sales performance through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of company objectives, while ensuring exceptional customer relationships and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Performance
  • Deliver divisional sales, profit, and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute the annual divisional sales plan.
  • Drive new business acquisition and market penetration.
  • Improve customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Manage and review sales pipeline performance.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and manage Coffee Sales Managers.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, field coaching, and performance reviews.

  • Maintain relationships with key customers.
