Location: Field-based, covering Scotland and some bordering cities. The ideal candidate will live in or near Glasgow.
Job Type: Fixed Term, Maternity Cover.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £26,200 per annum + company vehicle.
Benefits: 28 days annual leave increasing with length of service, plus 4 public holidays, private medical cover, life insurance, private pension, staff discounts and more!
Purpose of Role: The role holder is required to interact with customers at all levels across our customer base in the UK and Ireland. The role holder is required to interact effectively with managers and colleagues in other departments. This role holds an equipment budget for small parts ordered by sites in the trainer's region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit (HC) area accounts each quarter to monitor progress & assess training needs in line with the brand standards
- Deliver training sessions of all levels at customer sites & where required at customer/MA training centres
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring customers renew contracts
- Deliver sales and margin growth
