Position Details:
- Role: Coffee Sales Manager
- Location: Field-based, Glasgow & West Coast of Scotland area
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 + Company vehicle + uncapped bonus potential

Purpose of Role:
This role involves managing customer accounts within your designated territory, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service and training. You will work to meet sales targets and promote Matthew Algie and Espresso Warehouse products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum of 25 customer visits and 5 prospect visits per week
- Manage customer accounts and administration
- Follow structured sales processes, including equipment and coffee audits
- Engage in all customer interactions, including business development and training
- Identify opportunities for growth using gap analysis reports
- Develop prospect plans and utilize marketing materials effectively
- Conduct regular coffee audits and training updates
- Respond to customer issues within 24 hours
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets is essential. A full UK driving license is required. Educated to A level or equivalent, competent in Microsoft Office, with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
