MATtest Limited is a successful independent materials testing laboratory located in Glasgow. We have the capability and expertise to cover any project, large or small. With our UKAS accredited laboratory and site services division, we provide a highly professional, independent, cost-effective, and quality-driven service to the construction industry.

Role Description

We are looking for a full time materials technician to work with us contributing to our aim of continually improving our services and providing a professional, reliable and compliant service at all times. Your role will be to carry out a range of tests on soil, aggregate, bituminous materials, intact rock and concrete. You will be required to complete documentation in both electronic and paper formats and to work to published technical specifications and standards.

We require a reliable, hardworking individual preferably with experience, however full training will be provided to the right individual. You should be flexible as overtime working is essential when business needs dictate. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to promote the success of our quality system.
