ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Tenant Research Associate, you will be investigating and profiling leasing and company information, primarily from the HM Land Registry portal. This is to help owners, brokers and real estate professionals identify which companies are best suited for their buildings, and to present an up-to-date overview of commercial real estate occupiers and transactions across the UK markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Downloading and reviewing lease documents from recent transactions across retail, industrial and office properties, extracting key data points to provide a detailed overview of the leasing activity at a given property.
  • Researching and verifying building ownership and sale data from HM Land Registry filings to add further value to the CoStar property database.
  • Investigate and profile occupiers of commercial property through phone interviews with tenants, owners, and real estate professionals.
  • Conduct web research to complete comprehensive profiles on commercial tenants and business decision makers.
  • Document tenant movement across the UK.
  • Maintain complete and accurate tenant rosters for commercial buildings.
  • Investigate new property and tenant leads from a variety of sources, including news articles, agent confirmed deals and other third-party data sources.
  • Research and profile corporation hierarchies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.
  • Have experience providing a high level of phone-based customer service.
  • The ability to connect with people quickly and professionally.
  • Be curious by nature and demonstrate this ability through investigative research.
  • Be persistent in the pursuit of accurate information.
  • Accurately capture data compiled from a variety of sources.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
