As the Field Marketing Manager at CoStar Group, you will develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy that supports our sales organisation through targeted regional initiatives, customer engagement programs, and select events. Based in our London Blue Fin office, you will work closely with the Director, Marketing, to plan and deliver B2B marketing programs that drive lead generation, customer retention, and sales enablement across the region.

This position requires close collaboration with sales leadership, product marketing, corporate marketing/PR, and the CoStar Group Events team to ensure alignment of regional marketing efforts with overall business goals. You will also create impactful sales enablement content and tools that empower the sales team to perform at their best. In addition, you will analyse program, marketing and event performance, delivering actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.

You are a strategic field marketer with a strong background in sales enablement and regional marketing programs. You excel at building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement through localised marketing initiatives and sales-focused campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy that supports sales objectives and customer engagement goals.
  • Partner with the CoStar Group Events, Sponsorships, and Partnerships team to coordinate participation in major trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver localised marketing and customer events in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Create impactful sales enablement content and tools to support the CoStar/STR sales organisations.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing, corporate marketing/PR, and other stakeholders to ensure messaging and materials align with business priorities.
  • Analyse field marketing and event performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong experience in field B2B marketing, sales enablement, or related marketing roles.
  • Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing programs that drive lead generation and sales productivity.
  • Experience collaborating with centralized events or sponsorships teams on large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Skilled in developing impactful sales enablement content and tools.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required. Ideally your degree will be within marketing, business, or a related field.
