Overview
In this role you will build relationships with CRE decision-makers, curate property listings, and capture market data to keep clients informed. You will contribute to a growing, accurate CRE inventory and help clients position their properties on the CoStar platform. You’ll work with regional teams to identify market trends and translate data into actionable insights. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that shapes market visibility and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a growing, accurate database of commercial real estate inventory
- Make 50+ daily inbound and outbound calls to collect real-time property and transaction data
- Investigate new space listings, recent sales/leases, ownership and construction details
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships
- Assist clients in positioning and marketing properties on the CoStar platform
- Analyze trends and collaborate with regional teams to tell the market story
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Eight or more months of experience in a customer service environment
- Permanent US work authorization
- Flexibility to work shifts aligned with EST, CST, MST, or PST
- Natural curiosity
- Persistence
- Strong communication by phone
- Excel proficiency (data manipulation, filtering, basic formulas)
- Accurate data capture and entry
- Ability to develop database updates
