You’ll ensure safe, reliable, and efficient deliveries for NHS sites, and work directly with our UK Operations Lead and global team to operate flights, test and maintain equipment, and represent Matternet in the field. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the thrill of operations and the satisfaction of making sure every system works perfectly.

  • Maintain accurate technical logs and maintenance records
  • Work closely with engineering teams to integrate upgrades and improvements
  • Follow UK CAA regulations and Matternet’s SOPs to ensure safety and compliance
  • Support demonstrations and training for new routes and sites

Requirements:

  • Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Technical background in UAS systems, aviation maintenance, or electronics
  • Experience with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • UAS operational experience including operations in the specific category (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
  • Great communication with both technical teams and customers
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pilot License (e.g., A2 CofC, GVC, PPL, CPL)
  • EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Certifications
