We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waiter to join our team in Sheffield, United Kingdom. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience through attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will be the face of our establishment, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at appropriate tables
  • Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are correct and presented attractively
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions securely
  • Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next service
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Accommodate special requests and dietary requirements with professionalism and care
  • Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining service quality
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications
