Sales isn't just about making cold calls anymore.

  • Using our Sales 4.0 methodology across phone, Linked In, email, video and voice messaging.

  • Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date.
  • Working closely with your manager to continuously improve your performance.
  • Hitting activity and quality targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a sales, business development or lead generation role.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people.

Because culture matters!

We’re a small, ambitious business where everyone knows each other, celebrates success together and supports one another when things get tough.

You’ll have direct access to our leadership team through our open‑door culture, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals every day.

  • Hybrid working after successful completion of probation
  • Ongoing sales training and development
