JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - new opening, premium Italian restaurant, Hampton Court We're opening a brand new premium Italian restaurant near Hampton Court at the end of October, and we're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to build the kitchen with us from day one. THE ROLE You'll be working to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and you'll be the one holding the section chefs to the standard underneath them. When the pass needs running and they're off, you run it. Stock takes are yours. So is keeping service tight on the nights when things go wrong, because they will. This is a step up, not a sideways move. You'll be opening a kitchen from scratch, which is the fastest way to learn how one is actually built, and we have further openings planned.
