CHEF DE PARTIE - new opening, premium Italian restaurant, Hampton Court
We're opening a brand new premium Italian restaurant near Hampton Court at the end of October, and we're looking for two Chefs de Partie to build the kitchen with us from day one.
THE ROLE
You'll be working across starters, sides and desserts. You'll move between sections, so you need to be comfortable on all three rather than settled on one.
You'll be running your section during service: your own mise en place, your own prep, ready every time the pass calls. The menu, the specs and the method are set by the Head Chef, and your job is to hold that standard every service.
This is a new kitchen, opening from scratch, in a group that has further openings planned.
