Job Description

The Opportunity: Supporting the Associate Manager, Media, Regional, this role assists with the coordinating, enabling, and optimizing media execution across multiple markets within a region. This role exists to help with the management of executional complexity at scale, ensuring that approved global and regional media strategies are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently across markets. As part of the Regional Media team, this position helps to act as the connective tissue between Global/Regional strategy, agency delivery, and market‑level execution.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Regional Execution Orchestration: Support the coordinate execution of approved global and regional media strategies across multiple markets within the region. Help to ensure consistency of execution, pacing, and quality across markets, channels, and campaigns. Part of the primary regional point of coordination for execution‑related questions, escalations, and dependencies.
  • Agency Execution Oversight: Work with local media agency teams to ensure execution aligns with approved strategy, governance standards, and timelines. Supports overseeing the execution readiness across markets, including inputs, trafficking dependencies, and delivery requirements. Helps with the identification of executional risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and coordinate corrective actions. Helps to ensure agencies are operating within scope, quality expectations, and regional processes.
  • Operational Excellence & Performance: Support monitor execution status, pacing, and performance signals across markets. Support in‑flight optimization coordination, ensuring adjustments are aligned with strategy and escalated appropriately. Ensure accurate and timely reporting inputs from markets to support regional and global visibility. Work with Media Operations, Analytics, and Finance to maintain execution discipline and transparency.
  • Cross‑Market & Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate across markets to align on shared learnings, execution improvements, and best practices. Support regional planning cycles, tentpoles, and high‑complexity launches. Help with the onboarding of new markets, agencies, or processes as part of global transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: Experience in media execution, campaign delivery, and preferably some exposure to multi‑market coordination. Ability to manage complexity, identify dependencies, and timelines across markets. Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and agency teams. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Clear communicator. Detail‑oriented with a systems and process mindset.

What We Offer: Gross annual salary range of GBP 37,440 - GBP 44,460. Bonus scheme: Participation in Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with the target of 5% of base salary, payout is determined by company and individual performance results.
