Company Description: CREATIVITY IS OUR SUPERPOWER. It’s our heritage and it’s also our future. Because we don’t just make toys. We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.

Job Description: The Global Organization Development & Inclusion (OD&I) team designs transformative, people-centered experiences that unlock potential, foster belonging, and enable high-performing organizations. We partner with business leaders and People & Culture teams to shape organizational effectiveness through enterprise frameworks, organizational intelligence, leadership capability, talent strategy, and inclusive practices that strengthen business performance and employee experience.

The Manager, Organization Development & Inclusion, EMEA serves as the regional leader for Organization Development and Inclusion, translating Mattel's global OD&I strategy into impactful, locally relevant solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, culture, and business performance across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders, this role leads regional initiatives while partnering closely with the Global OD&I Center of Excellence to ensure enterprise alignment, governance, and adoption of global frameworks.

This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for diagnosing organizational needs, shaping strategic solutions, and driving execution across a broad portfolio of organizational development, change, talent, culture, and inclusion initiatives. Success requires balancing enterprise consistency with regional business needs, influencing without formal authority, leveraging data and organizational insights to guide decision-making, and fostering strong partnerships that enable scalable, sustainable impact across a complex, matrixed organization.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Organization Development & Inclusion initiatives across EMEA, translating Mattel's global OD&I strategy into regionally relevant solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, culture, and business performance.
  • Partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges, identify root causes, and co-create scalable solutions across organization design, change, talent, leadership, and culture priorities.
  • Serve as the regional owner for enterprise talent and organizational development processes, including Organizational Talent Planning (OTP), talent and performance management cycles, succession planning, career development, and associated governance, ensuring consistent execution while adapting to regional business needs.
  • Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture by embedding inclusion, belonging, and employee voice into organizational development, leadership, talent, and business practices, ensuring inclusion is integrated by design rather than as a standalone initiative.
  • Leverage workforce insights, organizational diagnostics, engagement data, and qualitative feedback to identify organizational trends, assess effectiveness, measure impact, and inform evidence-based recommendations and interventions.
  • Design, facilitate, and implement leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational capability solutions, including workshops, assessments, coaching experiences, and change enablement initiatives that build organizational readiness and leadership effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership to People & Culture teams and business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strategy, organizational change, culture transformation, and workforce readiness.
  • Partner with the Global OD&I Center of Excellence to implement enterprise frameworks, tools, governance, and operating rhythms, while identifying regional insights and opportunities that influence future global solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, facilitators, and assessment partners to ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with Mattel's standards and enterprise approach.
  • Manage regional program budgets, resources, and project plans, ensuring effective governance, efficient investment, measurable business outcomes, and sustainable adoption of OD&I initiatives.
  • Define success measures and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development and inclusion initiatives through meaningful metrics, organizational intelligence, and stakeholder feedback, continuously evolving solutions based on business needs and emerging best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Learning & Development, or a related People & Culture discipline, with demonstrated ownership of regional or enterprise-wide initiatives within Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs and design solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent, culture, and business performance.
  • Experience leading enterprise talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, career development, and organizational planning within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions, cultures, and leadership levels without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategies and frameworks into locally relevant solutions while maintaining consistency, governance, and scalability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging organizational diagnostics, workforce data, employee insights, and business metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Business acumen with the ability to connect organizational development initiatives to commercial priorities, organizational transformation, and future workforce capability needs.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development, team effectiveness, change management, or organizational capability initiatives; certification in assessment tools (e.g., DISC, Insights Discovery, Hogan, MBTI, ESCI 360, or similar) is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex initiatives while fostering strong partnerships across regional and global teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.
